What classes do you guys offer that will help me lose weight?
Many prospective members come to Baltimore Martial Arts & Fitness asking us what classes or programs that we offer will help them lose weight. Often they tell us that they need something to motivate them because the gym has become boring or that they work out harder when someone is there to push them. A personal trainer can often help, assuming you can find a good one, which is extremely difficult. Personal training can also be costly (e.g. $50/hour).
If you want to lose weight and keep the weight off and if your story is similar to one described above, consider group fitness classes. Baltimore Martial Arts offers several group fitness classes of which you can take one or more for an affordable price. If you combine our fitness programs with a sensible diet (e.g. Whole 30) and you come to class regularly, we promise that you will achieve your health goals. For a long time now, I have been wanting to thank you for your generosity in giving us such a discount on the kettlebell classes. We would not have been able to afford them had you not done that for us and I have to tell you they were pretty life changing for me. I am sooo grateful to you! I have always been a pretty active person and truly do enjoy exercising, but also always thought that I was just “built bigger”. I had honestly convinced myself that no matter how much I worked out, I’d just have a thick, stocky, athletic body and was pretty miserable and uncomfortable in my own skin. Well you and your example totally changed my way of thinking!!
