Zumba Guest Instructors at Baltimore Martial Arts

Come on out and join us for some Zumba classes at Baltimore Martial Arts in Catonsville, Maryland. Zumba is a great way to tone muscle and lose fat while also having fun. Our club like atmosphere has dim lighting and a professional sound system. If you like latin music, want to lose weight and start an exercise program that you will stick with, try Zumba.

Baltimore Martial Arts will be hosting two guest instructors for Zumba classes held on Saturday June 30th (Athea) and Saturday July 14th (Joan) 10:15-11:30 AM.

Joan is a certified Zumba instructor, freelance writer, mom, and overall fitness/nutrition enthusiast. She is passionate about sharing the Zumba message, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party”, and she continues to do so for companies like the Baltimore Ravens, Hopkins School of Nursing, Underground Fitness, and Coppermine Fieldhouse. Joan is excited to share her enthusiasm and genuine Latin flavor with Baltimore Martial Arts!

Athea

Athea is a certified Zumba instructor and can be seen teaching Zumba around the Baltimore and Baltimore Metropolitan area. Athea is excited to share her teaching style with our members
