Aikido
Aikido is an effective, practical method of unarmed self-defense, promoting physical fitness, awareness, proper breathing, posture, and balance. The Aikido practitioner spontaneously blends with the power of an attack and swiftly redirects this aggression against the opponent.
An entirely reflexive martial art, Aikido practice improves physical reaction, perception, and agility. Students perform specialized stretching exercises to improve physical and functional coordination.
Aikido encourages non-violence and is practiced in a safe, yet realistic atmosphere. Students are certified with the Japan Aikido Association when promoted.

Arnis
Arnis is a Phillipino art of self-defense that incorporates empty hands, swords, sticks, daggers, clubs, lances, and several projectile weapons. Arnis was created out of the country's need to defend itself against centuries of foreign invaders. The swift and elusive sticks of the Filipinos were feared by all Arnis' elliptical motions, reversals, fluctuating angles, and constant motion made the Filipinos a formidable foe.

Pencak Silat Mande Muda
Silat is a general term that is applied to hundreds of fighting styles throughout SouthEast Asia. Because of its focus on blade techniques, joint-breaks, and "dirty fighting," it has sometimes been regarded as an unscrupulous jungle art. Nothing could be further from the truth. While Silat offers an effective method of combat, it is also grounded in moral and ethical traditions; encouraging students to use the lessons of physical training as a means of becoming better people.
Pencak Silat Mande Muda is a lifelong path for personal growth and physical development. With rich cultural roots, this art includes unique and powerful combat techniques, exotic graceful movements, and unusual yoga-like exercises for developing strength and flexibility. Preset patterns of techniques, called Kembangan, are performed to traditional Indonesian music, helping the practitioner to develop the rhythmic movements that are characteristic of the Indonesian arts.
