Advanced Kickboxing Training

Baltimore Martial Arts has Advanced Kickboxing Fitness Classes on Tuesday evenings 7:30-830PM. Instructor and owner, Gary Berger, teaches all classes. Advanced Fitness Kickboxing, otherwise known as "Thai Fit", covers kickboxing subtleties not typically covered in our beginner kickboxing fitness classes. Thai Fit does not have free sparring, but does include some light contact.

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced Kickboxing Fitness classes are available to our members that have attended our beginner kickboxing classes for at least three months or pre-qualified individuals with prior experience. All candidates are subjected to our instructor's approval and a minimal membership upgrade may also be required.
