Junior Grappling

Baltimore Martial Arts & Fitness held it's quarterly inner-school Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Junior Grappling tournament. We had about 40 competitors ages 4-13. Trophies, medals & patches were awarded. Everyone benefited whether they won or lost. Instructor & owner Gary Berger, teaches the children that's there's a lesson in every loss and not to look at losing as a failure, but as an opportunity to learn and improve for the next time. Competitors learn to show respect, have humility and to demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Baltimore Martial Arts's junior BJJ competition team will be competing in the upcoming Junior Grappling tournament on July 27th 2013 at the Freedom High School in Woodbridge, VA. If you think that your child would be interested in Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu and/or competition please let us know. If your child currently attends our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program and he or she wants to join our Junior Grappling Competition Team let us know as soon as possible.

Baltimore Martial Arts offers several children's martial arts classes including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do (TKD), Judo & Wrestling. If you are interested in having your child come try a free class please call us at 410-465-7799 to schedule.
